Xigo Director Gerard Krishnan is a construction professional with over 25 years’ experience in project management, engineering, and company management gained in New Zealand and the UK.
A results-driven project manager with project experience in buildings, rail/ road and bus infrastructure, land development, environmental remediation, tunnels, oil and gas, airports, and maintenance upgrade programmes. He has acquired considerable international experience that includes building projects in Brunei, and work on mega-projects in London, India and the Middle East from a base in London.
Gerard enjoys building and motivating teams to deliver project outcomes. He is an excellent communicator, an effective negotiator and an enthusiastic and respected problem solver. His adaptable approach to leadership helps to keep project teams talking about the issues and resolving them to allow progress.
Recent experience includes project management/ client representative and Engineer to Contract roles on complex projects like an $100M+ land development in Drury, Multi Purpose Community Facility in west Auckland and the $100M+ AMETI public transport project.
