Project Manager

A proactive project manager, Jarrhyd offers experience from roles encompassing both the private and public sectors.

Jarrhyd is a dynamic, intelligent team member who is able to communicate effectively with clients to ensure the successful completion of the projects goal. His recent roles include client and tenant management for various CentrePort Wellington properties following the 2016 Kaikoura earthquake, including engagement with legal advisors and insurers to provide a standardisation for the remediation of campus buildings, construction and consultant management.

Prior to joining Xigo, Jarrhyd’s project experience covered project stages from procurement and engagement of design consultants and contractors through to practical completion for Clients including the Ministry of Education, Department of Corrections and the Ministry of Justice. In these roles, Jarrhyd had the opportunities to further develop and evolve his value engineering, cost management, design and construction management and his stakeholder management skills. Jarrhyd also gained experience in commercial fit-out projects for Cash Converters New Zealand and the Co-Operative Bank.

Jarrhyd’s project involvement at Xigo consists of the Fraser Park Sportsville (Hutt City Community Facilities Trust) and the NZDF Future HQ Works at the Bowen State Building.
