Project description:

Refurbishment and upgrade of the SKYCITY Grand Hotel including:

  • Overall refurbishment and upgrade to the Hotel to bring all rooms in line with SKYCITY’s 5 star standards to achieve a consistency of aesthetic improvements across all floors to meet international standards.
  • Refurbishment and upgrade to 308 rooms and bathrooms across 13 floors inclusive of; Standard King, Standard Twin, Accessible King Executive Suites
  • Refurbishment and upgrade to the Presidential Suites, including provision of state of the art media, and AV infrastructure
  • Refurbishment and upgrade to the common areas, including corridors and lift lobbies
  • Refurbishment and upgrade to the Hotel lift car interiors servicing all front of house floors
