Project description:

Less Clinical More Comfortable Vibe For Flagship Radiology Centre

Xigo recently completed the project management of a $12m new build and fit out for leading, private radiology provider TRG Imaging (formerly The Radiology Group). The new purpose-built centre is embracing the latest developments in radiographic equipment and is designed to maximise patient comfort. The aim was to create a more relaxing, ‘airport lounge’ atmosphere and less of a clinical environment. TRG Imaging say that they are very proud of the centre’s new look and feel, and feedback from patients has been very positive.

The centre covers 1,800 square metres and was developed by The Radiology Group (now TRG Imaging), in conjunction with Aspec Properties Limited. It is the flagship branch of TRG Imaging’s business and a key initiative in relaunching their brand. The name change reflects the developments being made to minimise the use of ionising radiation and move more to medical imaging.
