Project description:

Situated at Auckland Airport, the existing hotel boasts a total of 193 rooms over 2 levels, including 6 full conference facilities, together with a restaurant, bar and health club and spa.

The project refurbishment incorporates a full external and cosmetic refurbishment to standard room types and formation of new suites within the existing layout, refurbishment of all common and circulation spaces, front of house reception area and key services upgrade including installation of new elevator and a fire engineering upgrade. All works will take place whilst the Hotel remains fully operational.

Our role

Xigo personnel are currently involved as project managers for the Naumi Hotel project.

  • Design management from concept to detailed/construction design.
