Project description:

Situated opposite to the NorthWest Shopping Centre, NorthWest Two will form part of the new town centre for a rapidly growing customer base in and around Auckland's western and northern suburbs.  The Development will provide 7,700m2 leased space within two zones of 2 and 3 storey buildings.  Each zone will flank the town square.

A variety of restaurants make up the retail offering on the ground floor facing the Town Square. Constellation Brands provide a significant anchor tenancy to the first floor space.

 

Our role

As a continuance from our role on the NorthWest Shopping Centre, Xigo are providing full project management services and tenancy co-ordination services for the major office tenant.

From inception we are working with our Client to engage the design consultants, develop the design brief and programme, monitor the cost estimates and manage the design, consenting and construction phases.

Tenancy coordination role with the anchor tenants.

  • Developing a building on a green field site with infrastructure yet to be completed
  • Providing certainty of handover dates to tenants
  • Fast track design and construction strategy
  • Ongoing construction and development is continuing in adjacent properties.
