SYDNEY, 5 December 2018 – TSA Management’s (TSA) growth trajectory continues with further expansion, this time in Australia. In its second acquisition for the year, TSA will see Canberra based project management organisation Xact, join the business this month.
Xact is a successful independently owned project management business, delivering ’client-side’ project and program management services, through every aspect of planning and delivery of capital works projects.
Talking on TSA’s now strengthened presence in Canberra, Andrew Wilson, CEO TSA says:
“While TSA already services clients and business partners in Canberra, our presence in Australia’s National Capital will strengthen with the Xact team coming onboard as our Canberra based office.
One of our strategic focuses this year has been to develop and implement a plan to support and prepare for the next stage of TSA’s growth. It almost goes without saying that the ACT, the heart of our Nation, is an obvious step in TSA’s evolution and continued growth.
Xact are a perfect fit for TSA, having come from the same roots and heritage when they formed in 2001, they complement our business and strengthen our ability to service our Federal and ACT based clients. We see significant benefits for the clients and contractors that work with both TSA and Xact.”
The Xact team will not only strengthen the TSA presence in the ACT, the Xact / TSA combination will collectively provide improved services for our clients by drawing on the expertise of over 280 project management staff.
While growth has been part of TSA’s history since its inception in 2001, the investment partnership with Livingbridge in late 2017 positioned the business to accelerate the plans this year. With TSA in a strong position at the close of the calendar year, 2019 will surely be an exciting year for the business.
